- Create an Account (or log in with your existing RRB account); mobile number, email ID and ‘Create an Account’ details cannot be changed later.
- Authenticate your identity with DigiLocker or Aadhaar.
- Choose only ONE RRB and give your order of post/zone preference; once exercised it is final.
- Capture a live photograph, upload your signature and pay the fee online by 08.11.2026.
- Corrections are allowed from 09.11.2026 to 18.11.2026 on payment of ₹250 per modification.
- More than one application leads to rejection and debarment from RRB/RRC examinations.

- Live photo: captured during application (no pre-existing photo upload), plain white background, face clearly visible, no cap/mask/glasses.
- Signature: JPG/JPEG, 30 KB to 49 KB, minimum 140 × 60 pixels, 100 DPI, black ink on white paper, running handwriting (not block letters).
- SC/ST certificate in PDF (below 400 KB) for candidates requesting the free train travel pass.
- Own active mobile number, personal email ID and an Aadhaar-seeded bank account for fee refund.
- At Document Verification: original certificates with two sets of self-attested photocopies, and a colour passport photo not older than two months.
- OBC-NCL certificate must be issued on or after 01.04.2026 and not later than 06.11.2026.
