6. ELIGIBILITY FOR ENROLLMENT
- Candidates whose “contract ID” has already been created in line with the Apprenticeship Act 1961, during their apprenticeship training in any other organization are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.
- The candidate should be minimum of 18 years of age, as on 28.09.2026.
- For each of the trades, reservations of seats will be in reference to the state government guidelines for educational institutions.
- Candidates applying under reserved categories must possess a valid/updated certificate complying with the existing guidelines.
- PWD candidates should be in a position to perform routine basic functioning independently.
7. SELECTION PROCESS
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks obtained during ITI, in the specified category & TRADE.
- In case of a tie in aggregate marks, the candidate who is older in age will be preferred.
- A separate “waiting list” in order of merit will be 10% of the total seats; waiting list applicants will be called only when there is a shortfall in the joining.
8. HOW TO APPLY

9. DURATION OF TRAINING
- One year from the date of Contract creation; contract would be terminated automatically after completion of apprenticeship training period.
- Training shall not create any right to claim regular employment in SAIL-ISP.
- Shortlisted candidates shall be required to provide a notarized undertaking that after completion of training they will not demand employment on the basis of the extant training and completion thereof.
10. MEDICAL FACILITIES
- Company will provide the facilities as per the provisions of Workmen Compensation Act as mentioned in the Apprenticeship Act.
11. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
