Through this recruitment, a total of 13706 indicative vacancies will be filled across 28 participating Regional Rural Banks, including 8183 posts of Office Assistants (Multipurpose), 4256 posts of Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager), 1047 posts of Officer Scale II covering General Banking Officer, IT Officer, Chartered Accountant, Law Officer, Treasury Manager, Marketing Officer and Agricultural Officer, and 220 posts of Officer Scale III (Senior Manager). Candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university can apply for Office Assistant and Officer Scale I posts, with proficiency in the local language, while Scale II and Scale III posts require a degree with at least 50 percent marks along with relevant experience. The age limit as on 01.09.2026 is 18 to 28 years for Office Assistants, 18 to 30 years for Officer Scale I, 21 to 32 years for Officer Scale II and 21 to 40 years for Officer Scale III, with relaxation for reserved categories.
